 Bob Lepp convicted of defaming more than one woman

In 2020 Justice Favreau found Bob Lepp had defamed Tina Duncan in an "...unrelenting spate of negative comments ...".

And he just would not stop....

After being ordered to discontinue defaming Tina Duncan, Bob Lepp continued in multiple emails and blogs to defame her.  A contempt motion was brough before the courts and Mr. Lepp was found by Justice Myers to be guilty.

Lepp Sentenced to 21 days in Jail...

After being convicted of Contempt by Justice Myers, Justice Goldstein issued the sentence.  Below is the sentencing decision by Goldstein J.

Once upon a time, people who believed in fairy tales, and destroyed their lives on quixotic quests, could be dismissed quaintly as tilting at windmills. In 2021 however, modern fairy tales are called conspiracy theories. People who subscribe to them can harness the overwhelming power of the internet 
and untiringly harass the targets of their quests.

One commonality that has not changed, is peoples’ ability to see themselves as fulfilling a purportedly higher purpose rendering them accountable only to the one true and supreme moral authority that they recognize i.e. themselves.
