Eddie v Lepp Court Decisions
Below please find all final decisions in this matter. Although not all are listed on Canlli.org - all are public record. Please note that no cost awards have been paid and that the Court still allowed Robert Lepp to bring meritless motions before the court without paying previous cost awards - costing Mandie Eddie thousands to respond to each motion.

Please NOTE - after the Sheriff returned the house to Bob Lepp and was subsequently ordered by Justice Chalmers to immediately deliver vacant occupancy to Eddie, the Sheriff does not comply immediately but instead sends the writ to his legal department for clarity.
Additionally he says he does not have time to execute the writ - resulting in Bob Lepp removing multiple fixtures from the property with entry assistance from the OPP and the Sheriff's office.
This has reduced the value of the residence significantly thereby reducing the sale value and preventing Eddie from selling the home as ordered by the court and collecting payment ordered to her.
